Bristol Wall Art creates and sells original Bristol-inspired wall art and artwork derived from original imagery captured in and around Bristol.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Bristol Wall Art.

3. Products

Every effort is made to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions and pricing are accurate.

Due to differences in screens, devices and display settings, colours, contrast and tones may vary slightly between what is displayed on screen and the finished printed product.

All sizes and measurements are approximate.

4. Ordering

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable
  • There has been a pricing error
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing

All prices shown on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may be amended without notice.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Bristol Wall Art does not store full payment card details.

7. Production and Delivery

All Bristol Wall Art products are produced to order.

Estimated production and delivery times are:

  • Print Only Orders: approximately 7–10 working days
  • Framed Print Orders: approximately 7–10 working days

These times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, holidays or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Every effort will be made to fulfil orders within the stated timeframe. However, Bristol Wall Art cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Where significant delays occur, customers will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Local Collection

Where local collection is offered, collection arrangements will be agreed directly with the customer following purchase.

Customers are responsible for inspecting items upon collection.

9. Delivery Damage

If an item arrives damaged, customers must notify Bristol Wall Art within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of both the damaged item and packaging may be requested.

Replacement, repair or refund options will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

10. Returns and Refunds

As many products are produced specifically to order, returns may not be accepted unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, please contact Bristol Wall Art within 14 days of receipt.

Where a return is agreed, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

All artwork, images, website content, designs, text and graphics displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Bristol Wall Art unless otherwise stated.

Artwork may not be:

  • Edited

without prior written permission.

The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright ownership.
